Through co-design, participant feedback, and project learning, the organisation ensures its services evolve to meet the needs of those it supports.

NOW Group delivers specialist employment and training services funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund through the SkillSET project. This collaborative initiative, delivered in partnership with seven regional disability organisations, aims to break down barriers to employment for individuals with disabilities and health conditions who are furthest from the labour market.

About the Role
The Employment Officer will provide tailored, high-quality support to participants, helping them secure and sustain meaningful employment. The role focuses on identifying and securing job opportunities, promoting work-based learning, and fostering skill development to ensure participants achieve their individual goals. The successful candidate will also engage effectively with parents, carers, and employers to maximise opportunities and outcomes for participants.

Role Overview:
